ORDERING

Products are ordered in the online store by transferring them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the online payment service. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or for resolving any ambiguities in it, unless otherwise stated. When ordering from the online store, you are required to read and commit to the current terms of delivery.

ORDER AND PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

Once we have received your order, we will immediately send you an order confirmation email with your order details. Always check the contents of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service immediately. Save the order confirmation if you need to contact customer service. When dealing with customer service, always have your order number available. Always check that the contents of the package match in the order confirmation with existing products. Once we have processed your order, you will receive a delivery confirmation email.

We also sell the same products in our store, in which case the packaging may not be original. To save the environment, we also use clean recycling boxes in our packaging. All prices and product information are non-binding. We reserve the right to make pricing and product information errors and, in case of possible delivery difficulties, to cancel and cancel the sale. Payment is made when picking up the order to the store (Kemijärvi or Salla). Card payment or cash.

DELIVERY METHODS AND COSTS

Shipping costs include shipping and packaging. In the shopping cart, we present the delivery costs primarily according to the delivery method in use. Delivery period abroad: The delivery time for international deliveries depends on how fast the parcels move around the relevant countries. The only available payment method for overseas delivery is Klarna prepayment. You will receive your online store order at the DB Schenker pick-up point of your choice. Price: 5.90 €

PostNord MyPack delivery
There are already more than 2,000 PostNord pick-up points in Finland, located in connection with K-Markets, S-Markets, R-kiosks and Lidl, among others. When the package is ready for pickup, you will receive an arrival notification via SMS or email or in the mobile app. The arrival notification includes instructions on how to pick up the package.

Postal parcel
You pick up your postal parcel from a network of more than 1400 service points, including post offices and parcel lockers.

Posti's home parcel
The shipment will be delivered to the recipient at the address indicated on the address card. Posti contacts the recipient twice to agree on a delivery time. The service includes one delivery attempt - if necessary, the shipment can be redelivered for a fee. Deliveries are made on weekdays. In larger cities, delivery is possible until 9 pm, in other areas shipments are delivered by 2 pm. The phone number is essential information to reach the recipient. If the recipient cannot be reached, a contact request will be left for him/her. If the recipient is not in contact, the shipment will be returned to the sender after 7 days.

For Near parcels, you can choose between Matkahuolto, Matkahuolto agent, K-Market, R-Kioski or other Matkahuolto parcel point.

For international deliveries, we charge delivery costs according to the country-specific price list. Delivery options are displayed at the ordering stage in the checkout section. Options come by address.

Region 1: 20 e, Region 2: 33 e, Region 3: 40 e, Region 4: 45 e.
Postal parcel to the Baltics: 20 e.

PostNord MyPack delivery abroad:

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

The consumer has the right to return unused products within fourteen (14) days of receiving the products, excluding the date of receipt. Customer returns are free in Finland. When returning products, please notify us in advance by email.

Returns and exchanges in Finland

Schenker pickup point package return:
Return the shipment to the nearest DB Schenker pickup point using the same tracking number used to pick up the package. If the box/original waybill/label/address label is torn or destroyed: The consumer can take a well-packed shipment to a pick-up point and tell them that it is a DB Schenker return and show the shipment number on the original arrival notification sent as an SMS message when the package has arrived for collection.

Returning a Matkahuolto package:
You can use the return code to return the parcel at all Matkahuolto service points, except for the parcel machines. Take the package to the counter and tell them the return ID 9560145. More information on extensive return practices is available on the Matkahuolto website.

PostNord MyPack package return:
Return the package according to Matkahuolto's or Posti's return instructions, Matkahuolto's or Posti's return instructions.

Returning a postal parcel:
By post as a customer return package, write the contract number 635363 and our address on top of the package:

If you wish to make your return otherwise than according to the instructions in the return terms and instructions, be prepared to pay the return costs yourself. You can either pay the shipping costs directly to the delivery company at the time of your return, or if the shipment is paid by Simpsetti, we will deduct the return costs from the price of your return.

Returns can also be made by bringing the products directly to our store in Salla or Kemijärvi.

The returned product must be in the same condition as when it was received. We will refund the price of the product to the customer or the bank account provided by the customer without delay, but no later than within 10 days of receiving the return to us. When you use Klarna, we will forward the refund information to Klarna, who will process the refund. If the refund does not appear in your account within a reasonable time, please contact Klarna Customer Service directly.

If the returned product has been damaged by the customer, we will not refund the price of the product. We do not refund money for used products. When exchanging the product you have returned for a completely different product, a new order must be placed in the online store. If you would like to change the size of the product, please let us know by email so that we can reserve the right size for you to wait for your exchange. The first exchange of a product costing more than 50 euros for another size is free of charge and takes place with the cheapest delivery method (never as a Posti Home Package). If the product costs less than 50 euros or you want to change the size of the product a second time, please place a new order for it. Products from the same order must be returned in one package.If the entire order is returned, we will not refund the original delivery costs of the order. In this case, we will refund the price of the products minus the original delivery costs.

Non-redemption is not the same as a return or cancellation. For unclaimed packages for which no separate cancellation notice has been made, we will charge delivery and handling costs of 20 € for the return.

Returns and exchanges to abroad

The consumer pays for the cost of returning a product if the product was ordered abroad.

If the customer wishes to exchange a product for an entirely different product, you must place a new order online. We will refund the price of the returned product.

If the product is lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not correspond to your order, you must report the error within 14 days in writing or by calling customer service. If the package is clearly damaged in transit, you must immediately file a complaint with the carrier of your chosen delivery method. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not responsible for the obstruction, complication or delay of order delivery due to factors outside of our scope of influence, such as war, natural disaster, embargo, official decision, general disruption to traffic or equivalent event or action which complicates or obstructs our operations.

RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

Finnish law will be applied to any disputes and differences of opinion arising from this remote sales agreement.

PERSONAL DATA

As controller of a personal data file, Jalan Oy is responsible for processing any personal data you provide. The data file is used only to maintain the customer relationship between Simpsetti and the customer. We will not disclose your information to external parties.
